Orders are shipping usually on the same day, if the products are in stock, or in case of payment via predeposit, when we receive the payment. Usually you will receive your goods within 1 to 3 days, if order is placed from Germany.

German orders are shipped through DPD, insured and trackable. You can select DPD for insured and trackable shipping in Europe as well during checkout.

* Be aware of your local custom fees in case you order from Norway or Switzerland and make sure you are allowed to import the goods. Also, please note if you do not choose INSURED shipping, the goods are sent on your responsibility, we do not refund lost shipments! We mainly use DHL and DPD as a logistics partner. The shipping time within Europe is usually 10 to 14 working days.
