Shipment
We ship orders usually on the same day if the products are on stock. In case of payment via predeposit, we ship once we receive the payment.
Delivery times vary from country to country. Within Germany, you will receive the goods between 1 - 3 days, and in Europe usually between 5 - 8 days.
German orders are shipped through DPD, insured and trackable. You can select DPD for insured and trackable shipping in Europe as well during checkout.
Be aware of your local custom fees in case you order from Norway or Switzerland and make sure you are allowed to import the goods. Also, please note if you do not choose INSURED shipping, the goods are sent on your responsibility, we do not refund lost shipments! We mainly use DHL and DPD as logistics partner.
Shipping to countries outside of Germany is free from 75 Euro order value (excluding shipping).
